Favourite Gaga song structure

Funnily enough, I don't think she played too much with structures until Chromatica. And that's primarily because of how they are shortened to what are essentially interludes LOL but they are done well.

I like a lot of BTW's structures- they are primarily within a typical pop structure, but heightened to very dramatic levels. I mean, the level of intense post-choruses (Judas, Hair) and outros (TEOG, and The Queen especially) are incredible!

But I think my favorites are the small details in her Telephone and Hey Girl collaborations.

Telephone is interesting, because right after Bey's verse, it goes into a middle-eight that also follows the melodic structure of Gaga's first verse, and then goes right into the final set of chorus/post-chorus.

Hey Girl is great, because of the trade-off between Gaga and Florence within each verse set, and within each chorus. I think it was a very subtle, clever, and detailed conveying of connection and girlhood love.

Songs like Gypsy, with a half-chorus as a first chorus and a post-chorus in the second chorus. Did I say chorus?

Everything could be everything (it could mean anything)
