So ironic that we had a black guy as our own president for 8 years and people were pissed with that and called him every racist name in the book. it’s convenient for everyone to go back to being anti-American i’m anti whatever country that doesn’t treat everyone like a human being. paint them as havens that could beat the US any day ive never said anything about any other country. i never said any other country was better or worse than the US. but seeing as i live in the US i find it prudent to point out the problems with where i’ve lived all of my life. but becuase we continue to learn from our mistakes really? is that why we have children locked up in cages right now? didn’t we learn anything with japanese internment camps? we haven’t learned. Yeah I was just writing you a direct message but since you replied here I’ll tell you what I was gonna say. Sorry for signaling you out specifically, this was basically just a rant to most users on here who love to gang up on America but continue to ignore the negative of their own countries. I usually stay silent on this stuff but then I see people throw around statements and assumptions and I felt like it was the right time to let it out. If you’re anti-whatever country that has crime and violence and supports anti-human behavior then you do that but you’ll never find a perfect country because there’s always going to be that party that favors those things. I think the US is progressing and if there’s anyone who can tell me they think they would’ve been better off in America 30 years ago then they can believe that. I’m kinda over it. I’ll continue to look up and help raise true Americans up though, ones that stand by the ideals that our country should be about. Imo it's kinda strange behaviour to protest on an interstate of all places. I've seen a few protests on interstates, why are they being held there?! It's such a dangerous place to protest, especially at night time. Also why were the exits of the interstates closed? Guest Posted July 5, 2020 Share Posted July 5, 2020 Trump is America, sadly. He's the representation of the white superiority complex that wrecks havoc in the american society. Obama was the dream of what american society should look like but the Trump reality was boiling in the surface until it exploded. It needs to be solved and dealt with and confronted and embraced before the Obama dream can really come into fruitition but that's my outside opinion. Defending and saying that it's not all white people who are racists, and the country is fine and will heal, is a bit too optimistic in my opinion, this issue of white vs black has been since the birth of America as we know it.
