At the behest of Trump, Michael Cohen paid these women off with Trump Campaign finances which is illegal. Cohen is already serving a 3 year prison sentence and the Southern District of New York has stated that these payments were directed by Trump. The only reason why he is not in jail right now is because he is the president. If he loses the election this year and stays in America, he will be going to jail. There was a policy put in place during the Richard Nixon administration where the DOJ cannot bring up criminal cases against the president because “It would interfere with the President’s unique official duties, most of which cannot be performed by anyone else.” Which is so stupid.
