*next closest. If every country was testing at that rate/had as many people or more as U.S does then chances are confirmed cases would be higher 

Like Trump, you’re ignoring the case positivity %. In many places in the US, 10%+ of tested cases come out positive. Much higher than Europe/Canada

In countries that didn’t take it seriously (Like the US) the second wave is going to be worse. We barely saw improvement from the first wave before opening up.
