Wow 20 years ago. This album and era was everything to me back then. I still remember my mom taking me to the record store to pick this album up lol I can’t believe what I was listening to in middle school haha lil Kim really captured my attention with this one. 
 

I feel like “how many licks” has really become a gay club staple. I would hear it every time I was out years after it’s release

I would love Kim to feature on a Gaga song one day. Her legacy in female rap is undeniable.

Everyone says hardcore is the blueprint, which is true; but this album is what the other girls use when they wanna cross over. This album was so ahead of its time!
