Can I get a refund and purchase different tickets?

So with the news of TCB being postponed, some people in my friend group who wanted to go, but couldn't, can now go. As the tickets were bought on my account, can I get a refund for the current tickets and then just buy tickets in a different row with the new amount of people that will be coming?

I don't even know what the refund process looks like. I would email the customer service department and they can tell you whether it's allowed

Yeah I would assume so! Getting the refund can take a while though if you need it back immediately. It's taken me as much as 30 days to see refunds from ticketmaster before. I wish you could just refund it for credit . Is your date through ticketmaster? They have an option to upgrade your tickets and it's immediate. You have to get tickets that are the same price or more though, and you have to call them. I've done that a few times

Yes! You are offered a refund option anytime a show is postponed. I know TicketMaster is only allowing you 30 days to choose this option once it is offered though.

Apparently there's a 2 month refund period for my ticket at the moment so you should be able to.
