The cubs of the wolf couple Noëlla and August, which have been in the province of Limburg for a long time, were filmed for the first time. There are four of them, they were born this spring. The images were made with wildlife cameras in the vicinity of the nesting site, says the Nature and Forest Agency. According to Nature and Forests the young family is doing well and the wolf cubs are leaving the nest for small distances. "This requires a lot of energy, especially for the parents who are now doing everything they can to provide their offspring with the necessary food. That's why any disturbance is out of the question", it sounds in a press release. It is the first time in 150 years that wolves breed in Belgium.
