She has two versions without him, just put one on the album. It doesn’t even matter if he has writing credits, if they cared that much about that they would’ve also deleted the Xtina version. Besides, I doubt the song would give him that much money. He probably gets way more from his old hits. I personally think the Xtina version is the definitive one and I would love to see it on the album, though the solo version would be cute too.
