Cheriedarling 54 Posted June 19, 2020 Share Posted June 19, 2020 I won't say he is a pedophile though, because it was consesual and she was agree to send nudes to him too she could have said no before it could go any furter, but he just seems to have been a real a**hole who manipulated and treated her poorly with sexual and mental abuse, and he took advantage of his statut to do what he wanted to her by only to have sex and get away with it , and it's horrible she has all my support but most men behave this way nothing surprising here talking from my own experiences, yes it's often like this it's reality , most men are there is nothing less to expect. Hes from NY, which is 17 there, but he lives in LA, so it’s 18 there... idk. Where it happened is legal so him being called a pedo is unfair. He’s tainted something that’s supposed to be fun. But her being like “I was only 17” no ma that’s kinda manipulative bc there are 17yos who aren’t that new to sex and the law upholds that. Just say you were inexperienced - that’s valid. I know why she did it bc she felt it’d make her look more believable but like eehhh. He needs to apologize to her. A rape is a criminal charge which needs evidence that can prove the accusation "beyond reasonable doubt". Not easy to prove and will likely result in acquittal due to insufficient evidence.
