I won't say he is a pedophile though, because it was consesual and she was agree to send nudes to him too she could have said no before it could go any furter, but he just seems to have been a real a**hole who manipulated and treated her poorly with sexual and mental abuse, and he took advantage of his statut to do what he wanted to her by only to have sex and get away with it  , and it's horrible she has all my support but most men behave this way nothing surprising here talking from my own experiences, yes it's often like this it's reality , most men areangry difficult people GIF by HULU there is nothing less to expect.

The people in here victim blaming and making excuses for an abuser while pretending to stan for an outspoken victim of abuse are disgusting.

How are the mods constantly letting this sh*t happen?

People are allowed to have discussions and have opinions. If you’re that precious about not having everyone agree with you maybe being on a forum isn’t for you.

The way soon you'll have rules set of what age you're allowed to go after if you don't wanna be called a predator. :smh: Not every 50 yo going after someone younger is a predator, not every celebrity going after a non-celebrity is a predator. You really love to throw big words around, huh?

i'm not "throwing big words around".

a teenager/early 20s aged person and a senior citizen are in completely different places in their lives, there is always a clear power dynamic difference in large age gap relationships - i'm not saying you're a terrible person if you have an age gap of like 30 years but your motives should be questioned if you're a grown man/woman chasing people who were legal children less than a decade ago.

its the exact same with people who are grown adults and date people immediately once they turn 16/17/18/ age of consent. it's predatory. just because an age of consent exists doesn't mean it isn't morally whack to chase people half your age who like i said were literally children less than a decade ago.

The post is deleted, I found it in an article though so I don't think I ended up on some fake screenshort.

Have we read the same post ? It says "I DIDN'T WANT TO DO IT" and you're all saying it was just a bad sexual experience ???

She repeated the phrase "I was 17" because that means she was underage :smh: The fact that some of y'all can't see that is disturbing. If she was 12, you'd would be like, "she keeps repeating the phrase 'I was 12,' so she's manipulating you guys!"

Girl... You did NOT just equate a 12 year old to a 17 year old. Please tell me that was a joke.

I can't read the story because it's deleted (or the tweet isn't loading) so I don't even know what happened, but what I'm inferring from comments like this is that there are some hilarious mental gymnastics going on.

chaeri pls

Or has everyone who has been saying "she didn't say no, she didn't tell him to stop" been reading something else ???

What's the original post ?

It’s white sticky chile...

This happened in London and the age of consent is 16 there. Hes from NY, which is 17 there, but he lives in LA, so it’s 18 there... idk. Where it happened is legal so him being called a pedo is unfair. But him DMing multiple 16yos is still unsettling to me chile...

But the rape thing? Yeah that’s like the whole issue with me. I think I heard it always hurts the first time, and you often bleed bc of your hymen, but like if she was crying of pain how tf do you not stop?? He smells like an entitled douchey guy smh...

The only issue here is that she, who was hurting, asked him to stop and she claims he didn't stop. It went from what could have been a bad sexual experience to assault.

The rest is just kpoppers being bored on Twitter.

Would in it be better her going to a Law Enforcement Agency and report it. Instead of going and public it on Twitter.  Bottom line the law and the court will decide if it was a rape.

Exactly. That was enough for all the outrage. He’s tainted something that’s supposed to be fun. But her being like “I was only 17” no ma that’s kinda manipulative bc there are 17yos who aren’t that new to sex and the law upholds that. Just say you were inexperienced - that’s valid. I know why she did it bc she felt it’d make her look more believable but like eehhh.

He needs to apologize to her.

You're disgusting for implying that.

A rape is a criminal charge which needs evidence that can prove the accusation "beyond reasonable doubt". Not easy to prove and will likely result in acquittal due to insufficient evidence.

Yeah not dumb here. Prosecution has to prove the case. Then if it can’t be proved, then how is it credible what she is saying or what Ansel might say.
