You’re CLEARLY not a Gaga fan if you think that lmao. Threads like these belong on ATRL.

That’s my opinion and I don’t have to like every single track she’s released. Her vocal colour has changed and that’s a fact. TFM vocals are very easy to listen to compared to how shouty Enigma is. Gaga’s vocals are a lot more of an acquired taste now in her pop songs.

I love both albums. Can we stop comparing everything Gaga puts out to what other pop girls put out? Since 2011 we've been comparing Gaga's work to her past work or to other popstar's work. It's got tiring, and it ruins the experience in so many ways. In 2 or 3 years you're gonna start saying how underappreciated Chromatica was and how amazing this era was, and it's all gonna be your own fault, because you don't allow yourselves to just enjoy Gaga.

DUA AND GAGA ARE AMAZING AND HER ALBUMS ROCK

I care for very little of Dua Lipas music (New Rules is the only single I kinda liked).

Not very motivating to make me listen to the rest of tracks

New rules is from her debut album and couldnt be anymore different then anything on FN

That’s the worst song for me. Very shouty, loud and annoying. Lyrically it’s a dud as well.

"Loud and annoying"

Okay you don't like it, but that's one of the songs where she shows all of her vocal potential. Don't forget Free Woman, 1000 Doves (Album and Piano), Love Me Right...

Sorry but FN loses easily if we talk about vocals.

Bad Romance is Gaga’s signature song and has the same dramatic vocals. She’s not a vanilla artist like Dua.

Ultimately it’s up to a person’s preference. For an example, some find Christina unbearable, some thinks she has the voice of an angel.

Personally, I much prefer Gaga’s current voice to her TF voice. But that’s my preference. As long as we understand that that’s what it is. A preference, not a fact. Which might be hard for some to separate.

Dua’s voice isnt vanille are all. She just hasnt got a great range and limited but decent vocal abilities.

A Vanilla voice would be Selena

Gaga’s vocals are gorgeous in BR. The chorus is some of her most beautiful vocals and the verses are dark but in a pleasant sounding way. Dua’s voice is not vanilla at all. She has one of the most beautiful vocal timbres I’ve ever heard. Perfect for pop music but also versatile enough for other types of music.

And I like those harsher vocals tbh maybe it's one of the reason I love Christina Aguileras voice so much

I bet u @Davian approves of vocals like that :hor:

Yeah, well putting vocals aside, FN songs are just forgettable with zero  depth, passion or creativity.
