While I agree with that, is there any info that Taco Bell itself did not allow BLM in the dress code policy? Because to me, it seems to be the manager themselves who enforced this. I will agree we do need more information and hopefully we get the full story soon, but a lot of times corporate establishes the dress code policies in place for a lot of these companies. They’re basically uniforms and not wearing the proper pieces can be enough to send someone home, or if management claims that they were wearing something “offensive,” which I feel like what happened here was the manager just didn’t like the mask and took extreme measures with their employee.
