The "restocks" were them cancelling people's orders back down to two CD's (The rule stated on the website) and putting them back on the store... And my honest thought on what took so long and why there were so many restocks is the same people who ordered 2+ the first time would be the same to go and buy more when they noticed a restock- only delaying the shipments further.
