Even I could have tweeted that Either I see Blade or something posting, or it's not real (doesn't mean it's not happening, just that I don't trust a tweet out of nowhere without even a screenshot) But yeah, some things are probably planned, especially if the tour is indeed happening next year! Helix 1,474 Posted June 16, 2020 Share Posted June 16, 2020 I'm still as hyped as I was when ROM came out, I'm sure that Gaga & her team have plenty in store and I'm fine with waiting because if she had dropped things over the last couple of weeks she would have gotten eaten alive. Especially with confirmation of the Haus Labs version of Babylon coming along with the SOPHIE tracks... I'm sure they're playing the long game with this one. Songs with no promo outside of a music video are staying top ten for weeks on end. Pop stars just aren’t doing the promo rounds anymore; it’s an outdated way to put out a record. Katy is still trying it, and it’s not working out for her at all. I don’t think most artists are doing “promo” these days anymore outside of a few things here and there. It is what it is. We have the album, 2 music videos, merch and everything happening in the middle of a pandemic and riots. Do fans want Gaga to talk about the album 24/7 or what. We got a lyric video today, is everyone gonna be bored tomorrow again and ask about tHe pRomO? it's not about being needy, it's that as you've said, since february, that's all we've got. 2 videos, and a tour that was supposed to start in a month - on hold, that will be delayed or cancelled, but we've still got no news about, no matter if its her, her team, or livenation, and i don't know you, but for me having 400$ vanished from the tickets isn't nice either, especially when you have a job and free days blocked from it, plus other reservations, so no one is asking her to talk 24/7 about the album but she's actually doing the opposite, and that's exactly what i mean, not "bEiNg NeEdY". ---- some of you like to play fUnNy and try to ridicule other's opinions or to take them to the extreme while you forget that this is a forum where we're supposed to exactly debate and talk about these things, i don't know if it's because you only have this chance to show this behaviour as a pay off for years of being treated like sh*t or because you think that you're cool acting this cringey/this is the only place where you can feel good with yourself, but trust me, it's pathetic and very immature that you cannot talk as a normal person without getting this protective in a place where we all support the person (gaga), maybe you should stay in stan twitter or an instagram fan account if you don't like to read critics and opinions, because you're starting to give hardcore cult vibes and yes, as much as it can be hard to believe, when you get attached to an artist and pay an average of 250€ per ticket per tour plus flights, hotels, etc., you also care about the success both for the artist an the production budget implications totally attached to commercial success, so if you don't care about that, perfect, no one is telling you to, just go back and stream, no one is stopping you from it yet here you are aswell. I'm on that point that i want Plastic Doll (so Sci-Fi and warm) and 911 as singles. Plastic Doll is exactly that quality pop which was Paparazzi. So gooood 🍒 Now the Corona situation is stable and it dissapears i hope Gaga will release much more singles like Plastic Doll, Alice and 911. Your hype can come back with the summer.
