You'd literally only need it if you were on the verge of death, to reduce inflammation. There's a lot of drugs that become cheap that I'm sure they'd rather it not. My anti depressents are literally like 50 cents a pill. I'm sure they'd love to charge more but with the patent expired and generics available it's not so easy because any manufacturer can make it as long as they follow the formula and get approval for production.
