It was just a joke on his name from Timothée Chalamet to Timothée Chlamydia then it took off to being a small rumor to a "big" one. Let's not associate being sexually active with being attractive/social--I know a lot of very unconventionally attractive ppl who are having tons of sex and vice-versa Spoiler at the end of the day, it's not about the quantity of people you sleep with--its the quality of the people you sleep with.
