It wasn't all Bloodpop  You don't know what Gaga would have done if Blood wasn't involved, and it sounded like Gaga wanted to work with Max and BP Sis, the song was already produced by Max Martin when it was presented to her. Also, yeah, it probably wasn’t all Bloodpop but from what i’ve read, Gaga really decided to give everyone’s idea a shot. I just wish she’d put more passion into this project. Please, try to understand my perspective. I still like the album but i feel there’s something missing. Gaga could’ve gone much bigger with it, that’s why i’m frustrated. Please, try and see it from my perspective. I still like the album but i feel there’s something missing. Gaga could’ve gone much bigger with it, that’s why i’m frustrated. Stupid Love wasn't produced by Max to start with. It started off as Gaga, Tchami and Bloodpop. Then they figured something was missing and Bloodpop brought up Max Martin and Gaga let down her guard and said yes. Then Gaga and Max sat down in the studio and she played him a piano version, and they recorded what he "fixed" in the production then and there. Lmao who said there was no passion? This album comes across like she wanted people to come on board because she values other people's works too. It wasn't that she was lazy, but stepping outside her comfort zone instead. The lyrics, the production (which was made to what Gaga wanted), the eay the album is in 3 sections, the concept and the whole world of Chromatica... her passion is CLEARLY there. This album is so personal and deep, and its her most authentic record to date. It goes BIG. I just can't see how you can be frustrated? Her wanting to work with so many people should be a sign that she is evolving still as an artist, and has learned to see what other people can do in order to make her vision that little bit more colourful. She wrote every song, helped orchestrate the interludes, she shaped this project from the beginning and the productions on Chromatica are also what Gaga wanted because she obviously felt they represented what she wanted to say the best. End Racism Now

I can hear very little Gaga tbh. SFA for example is literally a 6 years old song and it sounds even more dated than that.  Ofc that’s what Gaga wanted but it still doesn’t mean it’s perfect. I just can see more of her perspective in her other albums tbh. Also this doesn’t really feel like an evolution to me. She just went back to electronic music but there’s something missing both in concept and sound this time if we compare it to ARTPOP/TF. Also, the fact that she went so commercial by choosing blackpink and ariana(even tho she made bops) wasn’t necessary since she was literally on top ladt year. I guess for this album i expected the boldness of Joanne and ARTPOP. Something way wilder and unexpected. The album has grown on me but i’m still a little disappointed. I stream it everyday and i have fun with it tho so ofc i don’t think it’s bad, i just expected better.

That changed after he traveled to the Kansas City stop on the Joanne World Tour, where he played her a song called "Stupid Love," which he had previously workshopped with Max Martin"

I stream it everyday and i have fun with it tho so ofc i don’t think it’s bad, i just expected better. ARTPOP is literally made from recycled beats from artists. Very little of it was created organically. She went back to dance because she loves pop and dance music, but this time its upgraded and made better. The concept of Chromatica is similar to that of ARTPOP... but Chromatica is more defined and organised. Its not just an album, its whole entire experience and a mindset created for people to escape to. The whole "Chromatica universe" was Gaga's idea, and it brings forth the concept of ARTPOP in a much more clearer way. To me, Lady Gaga is in amazing writer. Her lyrics are so clever in this, and you can tell it came from her. As I said, Gaga wouldn't have included the productions on Chromatica as they are if she did not feel they represented the concept, and the lyrics, the best. Gaga still had a hand in the production, but wasn't as stubborn this time around. Her vision and her perspective is all down in the penship, and how the producers produced the album to match what Gaga wanted. The fact that its made more commercial means that the album, the experience and the concept, are all understood easily. It wasn't for Gaga to try be more relevant or anything. Gaga is the first big western act to feature an eastern group on her album. Thats boundary pushing. And Max helped out on one song. To me, this album is bold, daring, but made easy to digest, but also not too easy that we get bored. Her concept is very artistic and creative, and the music is not generic or the same as what is on the radio. Its still very unexpected because its not what you'd imagine a dance album to be like. I never expected Gaga to go 90s House before this era started, so I was amazed and so hyped for it. Its taking sounds from the past that people recognise, and ugrading them. Its my favourite album of hers by a long shot End Racism Now
