She is not good at it and the only reason she is getting ANY roles is her star power and it’s so unfair to other black girls who are truly talented and can’t get any roles because some well known name is undeservingly taking the roles from them. For me, watching Black Panther 2 with her in it, She would instantly take me out of the story unless her character is completely different to her. I dont know the motive behind her finally showing some black pride, but she had alot of controversy for lightening prior to that. Lightened hair, skin idk I never paid much attention to her but the Beyonce of 2012 is alot less proud of her heritage than the Beyonce of today.
