It is actually the rules by billboard to be eligible counted for sales and charting. Not even the coveted target hunter boots were that much and the quality is probably poor. Was thinking of getting the hoodie but...during these times...I settled for the bandanna was thinking of using it as a face mask but it looked too nice to be used so I taped it up as a poster on my wall.
