She changed the rules of pop and the entire media and entertainment industries were obsessed with her. It was so bland for few years before her and then she came and made it something so much more. Her stardom for her first album eras is probably the biggest since Britney in 2000s and Madonna before Britney. She just changed the game and became legendary in just a few years. Whole world knew her name. I think that’s the biggest achievement because not everyone can do that. Oscar is cool but changing the whole pop culture? She changed up pop culture in 2008-09, when she was the this larger than life person and everyone changed themselves to keep up. She encouraged this idea of being explosive again. But she also began this idea of embracing the gay community. I mean it's not like pop divas denied us, but like, she was so open about it. Then of course there's the people she inspired and will continue to inspire. How many artists will be born because they were encouraged by Gaga? How many will become famous? Play at the Grammys or the Superbowl? How many writers have been inspired by Gaga's worldbuilding and her wacky music videos? It's hard to pinpoint an exact achievement when her entire career is one.
