Definitely knowing your audience (this generation has a shorter attention span). It feels like not memorized, not scripted, it feels from the heart and soul. I mean, I've been around a lot of Italian people. I've been to Italy, etc. It is more reminiscent of how someone on drugs talks. I'm not saying she is on drugs, just a commonality. Ok but I think we can all agree that when she said she wrote a new speech and mimed typing it was hilarious it was just so specific a gesture lol sometimes it looks like she’s about to start going into sign language lolol the other hand gestures are whatever and fine even if a bit flamboyant sometimes (who doesn’t love that, though?)
