The only demo worth talking about is the "Rain on Me" demo. What a bop.

(I'm not evening mentioning the "Haus Labs" version of "Babylon" because we all already know how that knocks.)

The only thing that could improve the ROM demo is if it had the
"Rain. On. Me." bit at the end of the verses. Yes this is Ariana shade.

Unfortunately I can’t listen to the album version, one of my main things that upset me about Chromatica.

I skip it and play the demo :saladga:

a similar sex dreams thing ... when she didn’t do the iTunes one and changed it

I can't stop thinking about the demo version. For me the album version was a disappoint, sounds boring and the instrumental kills me every time 😔, my least favorite along Fun Tonight

This omg, I’m so let down and confused to her actions, for choosing this over the demo. So I just play the demo instead. I also agree with you on fun tonight - unfortunately I have to skip that one too, I know the lyrics mean a lot to her but the song is just not fitted with the album. MTN had deep meaningful lyrics.... & it’s a freaking smash :firega:

Lyrically is amazing, the production kinda disappointed me, I was expecting a more mature sound, less commercial. More Alice and less 1000 Doves :saladga: still good, though, it's my least favourite on the album, surprising, considering I was f*cking excited for it, because I loved the leaked demo... but things happened.

The demo was way more sexy but I've grown to love how camp the final version is

I like it. Loved the demo.
If it didn't have the dance break but just went directly into the pre-chorus and zap to the second verse, I'd enjoy it more.

As it is now, sonically it fits cause it follows the way gaga decides to sing it, to have that final explosion, so I see it as a building up type of song.

But I feel it has too much of empty space at the begining.

Plus: question, we've herd fro insiders that Interscope wanted free woman as the 3rd single but they've changed idea. Any news about it

Bring back the production of the demo, and "electric devotion"

Now it's very basic, simple, and forgettable compared to the other tracks on the album.

It’s the best option to get another hit single

do you really guys think so?
This version is very empowering, but its not as intriguing as the demo production. I imagine a casual listener feeling how empty the song is when it starts and with that horrid dance-break... I dunno

But lyric wise women would bop to this and the message is wow.

911 would be terrific, as well as Babylon but we need ****ing MVs and I wonder how will they manage to put singles out. The album is a success, if they want to maximise they need to invest in singles (many at least 5 this time) and MVs.

Remember that the perception of success in the GP's eye is also linked to the number of singles you can cook out an album

I like the melodies and her voice but wow, that production really sounds like a Spotify ad.

Like the vibe of the demo better, was initially disappointed in album version but it grew on me a lot. Love how the songs explodes in the album version at the end, that’s one thing it has over the demo.

But the “I want want to be be be be free” part of the demo was so good:bradley:
