I wish they kept it as a full ballad and added it as a bonus track instead of an album track with that production. I was also in shock after it finished that barely paid attention to 1000 Doves, maybe that’s why I haven’t really listened to it that much and feel like it’s one of my least favorites. I don’t know if it’s just me but feels like a song written for someone else. Yeah the lyrics are beautiful but the sound of it it’s like it was made for another popstar. I just felt like it didn’t sound like a song Gaga would write for her albums but yeah, she has grown so much as an artist and has a wide range of genres, Joanne is a big proof of this.
