I really love the album, and it is SUCH a grower which is impossible because it already was a 10/10 on first listen

HOWEVER, the track lengths kind of bother me and for that reason I just can't put it as her best album  which is such shame because if 3 or 4 songs had an extra 30-45 seconds it would be absolutely perfect

like, on the one hand I love how self contained it is and leaves you wanting more  but on the other it's her first pop album in almost a decade and who knows when the next is going to come

It's grown on me so much, I really do love it. It's very well crafted, the transitions are fantastic. 

Even Fun Tonight and Plastic Doll have grown on me a little. They occupy the same space as Hair for me in that they initially feel too cheesey to be a serious Gaga song but then when I get used to them I can appreciate them for what they are. 

That being said, I still wish those two + Sour Candy had made way for something heavier and more experimental, that's the only thing this album is lacking, that and maybe a cracking pop power ballad.

I have haven't listened to Chromatica that much because I’ve been out there on the streets. 

Alice is one of the most magical songs she’s made  & I've been waiting for this song from Gaga   It takes me to another place  “SET ME FREE” 

ROM, 911, 1000 Doves, Sine & Babylon (OMG the Babylon ending with the choir ) are truly truly wonderful songs.

FM I’m upset with the album version I won’t listen to it, the demo is gold forever & a great song 

The new album falls short and lets me down with “fun tonight” & “plastic doll” I mean what the hell... hope she didn’t add these instead of other magical songs like the level of “Alice” or “Sine” out. 

Overall Chromatica is a magical work of art 🖼 . I would tie it with Half of ARTPOP the half of the ARTPOP album is next level ‘Venus’ and her lyrics on ARTPOP too...

Understandable, however I just can’t shake ‘Alice’ that song takes me to another place like the masterpiece of BTW. When she sings “set me free” I get shivers. She set the bar high with this song. So it’s truly mind boggling that she puts a song like fun tonight/ plastic doll on it .

Its one of her worst albums... half of the album is absolutely gold. The rest of the album sounds like Disney songs, or really cringeworthy hot mess   sorry, if only half of the album is good then to me it can't be her best
