Well people thought Truth Hurts was going to be in Best Rap/Sung but it surprised in Pop Solo instead.

"I Like It" by Cardi B was denied admission into Rap categories too. So Savage can easily be bounced back to Pop Duo/GP because it's doing so well on pop radios and has Beyoncé on it.

girl a drop to #2 from #1 is amazing for Gaga... it hasn't happened with a dance pop album like this since her peak! this is how a smash Gaga pop era behaves on the charts... frontloaded on the surface but sells well regardless
