So the situation I have at hand atm is more like a stack of pointers or a linked list where I can't directly access the "first".  Further, the pre-processing needed to convert it to arrays would be significant considering new songs keep showing up all the time and I'd have to store info for literally every single song on radio in years.

So you actually store an offline copy of the kworb page?

And I'm guessing that's okay (for now) because I credit him and he says in his FAQ, "You can use this data to make charts on your own"

Yes - that's the long term plan.

You'd be surprised at how small the raw html files are though. Everything from 2012 to now is 170 MB  (which isn't a lot considering I'm allowed 1 GB for my extremely cheap hosting and my web app itself isn't more than 30 MB or so).
