I don't think it has to do anything with daily streams.

I remember when Shallow surpassed Stupid Love in daily streams, but Stupid Love was still #1.

Definitely not the "most daily streams" cause i remember The Cure staying in the top10 for years when a lot of Gaga's past singles were doing bigger daily streams..

My guesses are, the top10 is based on playlist reach or monthly listeners for each song

I don't think SL was spun that much ever by KIIS and Z100.
