It's not if they really did split the TFM Deluxe sales.. which is kinda BS..

They shouldve just use all of that 4.9M Pure Sales and TF is at 7.9M Units

I thought The Fame Monster EP sold about 1.8m pure sales in the US alone as an individual release. 

The sales from deluxe edition from both albums went to The Fame. That's why The Fame sold 20m worldwide instead of The Fame Monster.

As for Gaga's certifications I think that they are up to date besides PI and Shallow (Maybe ARUTW and INLA are eligible for 2x Platinum too)

You mean diamond? JD was recently certified so it's not reaching diamond very soon and her other songs aren't eligible. Maybe Shallow will be one day and with some luck ROM will be too.

Not in the US where TFM even charted on BB 200. They probably used the streaming for TF/M for its certification.

Yup, but RIAA or maybe interscope chose to split the sales for certs in the US..

Cause 1.8M Pure Sales + 2.1M SEA&TEA is ~4M SPS not 5M
