Minazi is Nicki Minaj while PDFile is 6ix9ine I believe.

Those are nicknames. Minazi references the backlash Nicki Minaj has received from uploading a lyric video to Only in 2014 (on the day of "Reichskristallnacht") that prominently features and glorifies Nazi imagery and insignia, and references gas masks and gas chambers. She gave a half-ass apology about it and said she was not involved in the creation of the video, then doubled-down on it days later, saying that "people don't get it, it was inspired by Sin City and the music video for "The Gears" by Metalocalypse". Minaj's video is still up on her Vevo, unchanged.

PDFile is just a euphemism for pedophile, referencing 6ix9ine's federal charges of having sex with a 13-year old girl and recording it & uploading it to instagram.

While the nicknames are sort of offensive.... it's not like the don't have a core of truth to them.
