I don't get the playlist positions.. I maybe think you will get moved up better positions based on if the song can stabilize.. So even if the song is out streaming another song, if it falls relatively to its high streams, it still gets moved down or added onto playlists lower 

ROM has been #2 since release on UK Spotify, so that could work.. As it has slowly moved up. Whereas on WW it's very slowly lost streams and gone down to #4 TTHs 

Let's hope stable and can move to #1 every playlist
