No. A song that has charted on the Hot 100 but has not gone recurrent (e.g. #98-OUT ) will most probably be next in line. There's a reason why 911 and FW managed to chart so close even though their points are not that close.

ARTPOP was certified Platinum back in the day because it was certifed based on shipments but now they don't do things like that anymore

There's a range of different answers for what is ARTPOP's total sales... some say 3m some say 2.5m.. some say 2m bang on... but I think the real answer is 2.3m... the 2.3m reported in December 2013 was  probably shipments

The good sis of pop herself said ARTPOP sold 2.5m in March 2014

Also there was a WW sales website, that was exposed during the ASIB era for taking sales off Gaga's albums, idk if anyone remembers that... stans used it a lot

Not only for debuts. Any song that hasn't appeared on the Hot 100 can chart. Some songs chart on the Bubbling Under for a long time lmao
