I would understand if it was a mistake to post it on the band is in town site, but I don't know how it could've been an accident to post it on Gaga's site.

What would be nice is everyone that purchased a ticket gets to watch free, and if you did not purchase a ticket it's $10-$15

The worldwide and UK, yes.

But, there have been other "Together at home" concerts besides the big one on April 18th. A lot have been livestreamed on instagram.
