it’s gaga, now that she’s completed the ‘soul searching -> back to my pop roots’ career arc (a la ray of light-> music), she can literally do anything and that makes her unpredictable.

hopefully though it’s more pop:vegas: or smth more r&b influenced

I want either punkrock music or full on experimental electronic music pleaaase, she's already conquered so many audiences might as well f-ck around

I’d love for her to do the rumoured “expansion” as she did from The Fame to The Fame Monster. But keeping the 90’s dance time with a more alternative rock/pop/dance/metal influences.
Some of my ideal combinations:

Marilyn Manson

Hole

garbage

Tori Amos

Prodigy

Beastie Boys

Korn

Janet Jackson

the era just restarted wth :lmao: I hope she releases more singles,  the world tour and then the new album. (I'm hoping for a 2022-2023 release)

Same. I'm thinking that because of Corona, Interscope will save the promotions planned to promote many singles instead of the album itself, since they obviously didn't get a chance to promote much for the actual album drop aside from online hype but they still want to get their coin. Even  though the album drop wouldn't be as much of a huge pop culture moment, we can get a longer era with more music videos and radio hits to Gaga's name :huntyga:

Also Chromatica was a good album but it might be a good thing that they didn't promote the **** out of her and hype up everyone only for some people to be dissapointed (Taylor's reputation tease), since lets be honest Chromatica is no "Lemonade", I love it but it isn't a groundbreaking epic internet-breaking moment in Gaga's career.

Very typical. Entitled LMs. Instead of streaming ROM, they're already asking for LG7.

The only reason ROM went #1 is because of Ariana fans.

I’m still appreciating Chromatica and still streaming this soooo I’m not sure for LG7

OH maybe she should do an industrial rock album! Get Trent reznor to produce with her (Imagine Gaga with Pretty Hate Machine or The Downward Spiral type of sound) the serve it would have :firega:

But in the cultural sense, I just speak in future tense

ARTPOP Act II... but with a fully fleshed out plan and good management

I want:

- songs with unconventional structures ala Bohemian Rhapsody

- technology infused in live performances

I bet we're getting a Greatest Hits album in 2022/3 and LG7 is probably six years away

I just want her to release a dark synthwave/disco album

I bet you think Just Dance was only popular because it featured Colby O'Donis too, right?

Now that the LG6 era is done and dusted. lets move on.

An album cycle/era generally consists of pre-release singles, post-release promo, interviews, performances and a TOUR. This era is not done and dusted :huntyga:

I want an happy medium between ARTPOP and Chromatica I won’t lie - they’re my favourite eras so far, looking back. Personally, I want her to be done with the emotional, acoustic stuff like Joanne and ASIB... I loved them because they were raw, but it wasn’t for me, they’re my least favourite album/soundtrack sonically, bar John Wayne, tbh... don’t drag me :lolga: I’m glad this era is like this and I’m gonna stay in it at long as possible because if we get another stripped down album I won’t be super happy :laughga:

What if she makes an album full of Love Me Right type of songs, with some upbeat tracks. (Please don't say ASIB)
