In the middle of their protest, they were trapped on a hill and then sprayed with tear gas. WARNING: The video is pretty painful to watch. Spoiler ---- I am hitting the limit with this. Between this and countless other incidents, I am livid with how protesters are being treated. This tweet describes it best: Nothing wrong even COULD have been done because it was on a highway. If these police officers genuinely supported the protesters they would not have put their badges on in the morning. Pigs. All of them. ACAB. Defund and abolish police. People have been posting videos of police brutality throughout the weekend and today there were groups of white people attacking protesters with baseball bats today in one of the neighborhoods. It's after 2 am here but I was woken up by (distant) explosions. Everyone is posting about it online and no one seems to know what it is so idk.
