This is disheartening. I really hope ALL of these cops are charged, trialed and convicted with maximum penalties and lose everything.

disgusting the way he was treated and murdered.  they all need to be charged with murder and put live in prison.

as a police officer your job is not to murder but to protect citizens.  I agree with Marina.  these cops are mentally ill. they have ZERO empathy or compassion. they treated this man like a hunted animal. they are racist & abuse their "power". NO SANE PERSON WOULD JUST MURDER SOMEONE LIKE THIS.

His wife already left him right? I hope his family members are ashamed of being related to him.

It is unimaginable that the three other police officers did nothing as George Floyd screamed for help, stating that he could not breathe, and then went unconscious. There could be no clearer case of how this isn't a question of good vs bad cops. The fact that four cops can allow this to happen so casually shines a clear light into the systemic racism that despairingly persists within the government and police force. This is 2020, my God. Imagine how often things like this happen without being caught on camera or shared on social media.

They need to send 4 of them to jail :crossed: he didnt even resist or do anything harm :( how could 4 of them just let it happens even after he passes out. Really inhuman and not even worth it to be police in the first place. :wtf:

This is exactly right.

There may be a lot of good cops, but as long as those those good cops allow their police departments to slap bad cops on the wrist and protect their own, they are all complicit. They are effectively all bad cops.

If there truly is more good cops than bad cops, the good would always overpower the bad and justice would be served 100% of the time.

What a great report :applause:. Why did the cop have to keep his knee on his neck when George Floyd was already passed out AND the medics were there? Wtf was the purpose in that? They also asked him to get in the car and George agreed to doing it but couldn't because that asshole had his knee on him. He freaking told them he couldn't move to get inside! Why ask him to do something knowing very well he couldn't? Ugh. **** them all.

I really think he got a thrill from it and seeing how upset the bystanders were pleading for him to stop knowing that they can't help. He has a bad past but still had his job so he assumed he would be immune and get away with it like so many cops unfortunately have before.

You're right. Sad, but that really sounds like the only explanation.
