If you’re participating in the protests we support you. And if you’re anxious or angry from the news please make sure to help in anyway you can through donations, petitions, and spreading awareness. But also don’t forget that your mental heath is vital for you to continue the fight for peace. Even if you can’t now, try everyday to do something that will make you happy and hopeful for the future. Watched the news, got angry at the news, felt sad and frustrated at the ongoing injustices, considered going out, remembered we’re in lockdown and can’t go out, lay in the sun, eyes closed, sunscreen on, and listened to Chromatica from start to finish.
