WHO warns relaxing lockdowns could spur ‘deadly resurgence’ of coronavirus

The World Health Organization (WHO) warned countries on Friday to be cautious about lifting restrictions introduced to curb the spread of the new coronavirus and voiced alarm it was taking hold in Africa.

And? What country does that? Only small countries with a small number of cases can do something like that.

As I've already said that is because the world have already did what there wasnt recommend it.

This is what happens when your healthcare system gets overwhelmed. There isn't an economy without a functioning healthcare system
