This is kind true but just wanna point out that Blackpink probably couldnt command a fanbase as big as BTS in US. Blackpink's core is still in Asia but they definitely have a sizable fanbase here in US and western

I think the only reason that is is because their label has done them so dirty, they haven’t had the “comeback” frequency that other bases do. If they had proper management, they would be destroying the markets tbh. Even so, BLINKS are hungry for new music and are more powerful than many think. If only we had a BTS or EXO collab too, the power we’d hold

The only way I see this working is that you get the song only if you purchase the whole album... blackpink stans are thirsty for this song and they will want to get it 1 day earlier

BTS yes, EXO no. EXO doesnt have a big fanbase in western. 

Blink has the streaming power, especially south east asia (thailand especially being lisa's home country). Too bad China couldnt stream youtube, else the views gonna be crazy because China loves blackpink too

it would actually kind of make sense since it is the most hyped song and once the album is released in NZ the Blinks are going to illegally download the album and stream it on un official youtube channels and that will ruin potential sales and points for the song so might as well just release it right before the album is out I guess to get legal streams and dowloads. Hope it happens
