Vocally it's nothing to write home about so Gaga could take it and lay some really good vocals down over it and her version could become the new "main" version. There's a tonne of songs I'd love her to cover, especially old dance songs BUT anything with impressive vocals already would really struggle up against the original. That's a real throwback right there I'd love to see how Gaga would sing it. You're right about choosing a simple song so that way it's not directly relatable to her but she could somehow recreate it as the new version.
