Rio 5,088
There’s just something very drear, boring and uninspiring about it. Their vocals are great, and I love that Pink Floyd-esque 70s synth lead in the track. But in terms of female collabs, it’s a poor man’s Rai- kidddddin

And like Come to Mama it tries to be natural but ends up self-conscious and démodé. Where have you heard that melody before exactly? It’s just such an uninspiring and uninteresting melody, I think that’s what it is. I don't think it’s because we’ve “heard it before”... if u get me? God Control 2,181
For a collaboration between two remarkable artists, it certainly doesn’t live up to both of their reputation and artistry.
MelbHawker 6,583
Its a cute song, & served vocals. Is it my fave Gaga song? No. It feels a little flat / empty when listening to it.

Goldfish 579
Gaga and Florence are two of my favs and hearing a collab would happen excited me so much. the song itself? Well, it’s just NOT good. At all. It’s actually one of their most hideous songs ever in either artists whole catalogue. it just sounds lazy, clunky, doesn’t Use gagas amazing production or flos lyrics. Babel 41,467
its a repetitive mess, with a half-assed chorus. the production is great though I expected something more haunting than an Elton John cover, specially coming from those two.
tezbear91 745
I like the part when it goes into the “Help me hold my hair back Walk me home 'cause I can't find a cab And we dance down the bowery Held hands like we were seventeen again” the instrumental is really nice and they both sound great. the rest of the song just didn’t really connect with me tbh. It’s not an awful song though. A lot of Joanne was like that for me. I found bits I liked it most songs even if I wasn’t constantly replaying the tracks. battle for your life.
