From what I heard there's certain things they filter out like no more than 10 streams a day from the same user for example

 

So correct what u see on Spotify charts (6.7M world wide and 2.2M for the US) are the streams from Spotify that actually count towards the charts

 

and the numbers there are still very good

Yes, I mean billboard obviously won’t count 10m since that’s the worldwide number but they will count all the US streams (including the ones discounted by the Spotify chart) 

and if you check Gaga’s Spotify page, you see the whole number, not the reduced one.

Spotify chart only counts 10 streams per person to make their chart seem more organic idk why. But billboard counts them all so that’s what matters.
