I thought there was a max 50 per day cap per account for one song? Like...only 50 streams in 24 hours can be counted per head for the charts. I remember reading that about Spotify years ago. There's definitely some kind of playlist payola (which is a thing, despite what people may think) for ROM... Once Daisies' paid-for window is up on Apple's Today's Hits playlist, I bet Interscope will have made sure ROM is at the top of that playlist as soon as it's time is up there.
