I’m not sure why it wasn’t available, but the era was a low in Mariah’s career. Maybe she didn’t wanted to be reminded of that time? 
But last year fans started #JusticeForGlitter and since then she has been giving it lots of love and now it’s even available for streaming:party:

It’s personally one of my least favorite Mariah albums, but it does have some gems! Last Night a DJ Saved My Life is a disco bop, Loverboy is a bop too:lolly: It also has some amazing ballads like Lead the Way (must listen:giveup:)
