The bass line throughout is like raindrops, and when the chorus is building up the drums pick up like a downpour and lead into an infectious duet. Their vocals sound SUBLIME, that first line “I didn’t ask for a free ride” - most girls could only dream of belting that out, let alone an OPENER. Are you even kidding with that tone!?!?!? The message of the song is beautiful, the funk house vibe (listening to the instrumental, it could pass for a Daft Punk track) is PERFECT. Even the length doesn’t bother me, I could of maybe used a longer outro (maybe 10 seconds or so) but I couldn’t have asked for a better pop song. They are absolutely getting a nomination for Best Pop Duo at the Grammys. Amazing track. Literal chills. Stupid Love was cute, but I had some issues with it, this song brings back the reason I Stan this woman. Gaga blew me away with this one, when I put headphones on it was game over. I also think these are Gaga's best vocals on any dance song she's made so far Also why are there two versions uploaded? I loved Stupid Love and I think I love Rain On Me even more. Between two strong singles and the amazing lyrics she’s shared with us, I am so excited to finally hear this album all the way through! If I heard a potato quality version and then a HQ version after I dunno if my reaction would have been as excited. This song is LIT.
