Here's why: -In September 2019, YouTube decided to enforce its measures to fight fake/inflated views. Notably, they stopped counting Youtube ads as views. All videos that broke the 24h record in 2018/2019 benefited from massive ads that countred as views: ME!, BTS music videos, even TU,N. -After that measure was taken, many videos got fake views removed (notably ON by BTS which got 60M+ views deleted on its first day). For comparison, ROM didn't lose any views. -The video was released 13 hours after the song was available, so it didn't get the massive "discovery" views from Gaga and Ariana fans. We need that prediction that says 1. Savage = 400 pts, 2. ROM = 390 pts and post it everywhere to make this fanbase get anxious and have them work harder, me thinks.
