I’m from Spain too and I bought 4 copies from the official web. You have to choose in the billing information a fake US address and that’s it. I paid with a spanish credit card and I received the digital copies correctly

Is the fact that it hasn't impacted yet on radios the reason big stations haven't played it a lot yet?

That's what I'm counting on and everyone's like "put 'em up now" etc., that's why I said hope it can go #1 without them, just so they could use it to boost its sales next week and potentially keep the #1 spot - especially because it's album release week anyway so streams should be more than okay.
