On a technicality, Mariah would be the first no matter what because that's what's on the official charts of billboard already sadly. On a cultural stand point though, it'll matter much more if Gaga or Bey) does it. Mariah can have her "title" and we can have our cultural impact, I guess. What doesn't make sense is that if Chromatica I, II, and III signified the beginning of a new act, then Act II is divided over both sides.
