It's a close race. Also, I know monsters can be horrible but I'm pretty sure the BeyHive manages to somehow be even nastier. They turned on her and laughed at her during the ARTPOP era - that's when this whole mess began. But yes, monsters too start **** they have no reason to. I still remember that during Gagas SBHTS monsters were stoked and searched for clues that Bey would be there but during ASIB monsters turned on her because the hive started to fabricate bad things about Gaga and dragged her left and right. This all started with the hive who didn't like Gaga having success again for some reason. Don't blame the monsters here because they didn't start it.
