Personally, I think it's a fantastic synthpop record. What you mentioned are amazing songs, but you also have songs like Cupid Boy, Put Your Hands Up, and Can't Fight this Feeling which are absolute bangers. Closer is a bit more psychedelic and weird yet it remains true to the sounds. Even the title track is a fun bop. The only dud on the album is Better than Today. 

Kylie's biggest mistake was releasing All the Lovers as a lead. A total waste tbh.

Among her post-2000 albums it's in my bottom 3. Aside from the title track and Can't Beat This Feeling the other songs are mediocre to bad. Only Light Years and Kiss Me Once are slightly worse.

I actually do like “Closer” and “Everything Is Beautiful” too, but as a whole that albums leaves me wanting more; especially after the complexity and excellence of “Get Outta My Way” as pop perfection
