Its not healthy She's only been in the limelight for 10 years and, like the other user pointed out, suppressed a lot of her trauma for at least half of it. It's not unhealthy that she's still dealing with a lot of the pain. Mental illness doesn't go away that easily and a lot of the time it's something you have to deal with for the rest of your life. Well in this case she had another relationship fall apart, but I'll say that artists are typically very very sensitive people. It can take some people a lifetime of therapy and medication (if you are fortunate enough to have access to those in the first place) to heal wounds and learn the coping skills to live a healthier and fuller life.
