Like I said, I think just because a song is short doesn't mean that it can't have all the greatest that some longer songs have. Sometimes short songs are better. Long songs can drown themselves out, and then it can seem superfluous. Short songs can easily have space to grow, beathe, and trasition if they are composed right. I think John Wayne, for example, is long enough. I think any shorter would be too short and I think any longer would be too long. The same thing with Perfect Illusion.
